Product Guide This guide was used to plan, customize, and deploy MSI-based installation images and to configure and implement security and encryption technologies.
System Administrators Guide Premier MDC System Administrators Guide I worked with field service engineers and trainers to develop this administration and reference guide. This guide covers configuring and administrating the server portion of a wireless client-server application.
Technical Bulletins I helped initiate methods and procedures for engineers to write and upload technical bulletins to a knowledge management system, which I helped manage and administrate. The technical bulletins were intended for the field service engineers to use in maintaining and troubleshooting public safety software systems. This initiative was widely accepted by both the engineers who developed the documents and the field service engineers who used the documents. Because of this success, these bulletins were also deployed to a second knowledge base. This link goes to a document that provides a partial snapshot of the status for the technical bulletins as they were deployed to the second knowledge base system.
