I worked with trainers and software engineers to develop a users guide that could be used as a training and reference guide. This guide also formed the basis for Premier MDC Client Help.
This user guide was intended for supervisors at call centers as a training and reference guide.
This user guide was the primary training and reference guide for a sign controller that was used to create messages, graphics, and animations for electronic displays in sport arenas and advertising venues in locations such as New York's Times Square and London's Piccadilly Circus.
To show the scope of this users guide, the sample only contains the table of contents and index. The before and after samples show the results of my restructuring and re-writing this guide.
